Elite Dealer Summit Attendance Agreement

  • Grandwest provides a travel expense allowance. Any additional travel and upgrades, changes, or optional add-ons will be at your own expense.

  • Grandwest will also cover the cost of up to a three-night stay in a standard room at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Hotel Calgary. Any upgrades, changes, or optional add-ons will be at your own expense.

  • If your business cancels attendance after the July 31, 2026 deadline, the hotel accommodations may be charged to your account unless your selected buy-in package order commitment is still fulfilled.

  • Failure to meet the purchase commitment level may result in Grandwest invoicing your account for these incurred costs of hotel.

  • All travel credits and rebates will be credited to your account no later than Novermber 30, 2026.

  • Proof of flight purchase (flight receipt) is required to complete your registration, if flying to the event . See uploads section for details on how to submit.

  • Accounts must be in good standing in order to attend the event.
